Daeriq Damien is a veteran of the wrestling business whose in-ring career ended abruptly after a catastrophic elbow injury. Reinventing himself in management, he has guided the Gluck Brothers since 2021 — negotiating their contracts, arranging training, and ensuring their brand of chaos always finds the right spotlight.

At 6'6" in height and always dressed in garish leisure suits, Damien understands the power of presence. He uses his size and his fashion to “take up more of the room,” looming over interviewers and carrying himself like a man impossible to ignore. Early in his managerial run, he flirted with living vicariously through younger wrestlers, but with the Glucks, he’s embraced the role of guiding hand.

Damien’s role at ringside changes with his clients’ alignment. When the Glucks lean face, he hangs back, directing quietly and letting their work speak for itself. When they’re heel, Damien is far more active: barking advice, climbing onto the apron to distract referees, and taunting opponents from the floor.

Though almost entirely non-physical, Damien isn’t above theatrics — he’ll backpedal at the first sign of a fight, cower if someone takes a swing, and flee if pressed. In those moments, the Glucks are always quick to defend him. In the past he’s had bodyguards, most notably Kirsty McKinney, but these days he relies solely on Carlton and Chapps.
