ERIC DANE TO APPEAR AT UTA HALL OF FAME CEREMONY AMID RUMORS OF INDUCTION

Iron City Wrestling owner and wrestling icon Eric Dane will be in attendance this weekend for the UTA Hall of Fame Ceremony, taking place the night before the landmark WrestleUTA 25 event in Las Vegas, NV.

Dane, a former UTA World Heavyweight Champion and one of the most influential figures in the company’s mid-2010s boom, is no stranger to big stages, but this one may come with more than just a spotlight.

While officially announced as a guest of honor, sources close to the promotion have confirmed that Dane is heavily rumored to be a last-minute inductee into the Hall of Fame class of 2025, replacing an originally announced honoree who has reportedly failed to respond to multiple invitations to receive their ring.

UTA officials have declined to comment, but murmurs suggest that "The Only Star" was approached earlier this week with the offer to fill the spot, and that paperwork has already changed hands.

For longtime fans of the United Toughness Alliance, Dane’s induction would serve as long-overdue recognition for a career that helped define the company’s legacy. Whether in the ring, behind the curtain, or now at the helm of ICW, Dane’s fingerprints are all over the industry—and few deserve the honor more.

Regardless of whether a FOURTH ring is placed on his finger Saturday night, Eric Dane’s presence will loom large over WrestleUTA 25.

And if he does get that ring? Don’t be surprised if he lights one hell of a fire on the podium.
