ICW statement: "Under Review" sessions to be released

Posted on April 17, 2026

Over the course of Season 3, a number of incidents occurring during ICW events were formally flagged for review by the Board of Directors.

These incidents—while not uncommon within the scope of professional wrestling—raised concerns regarding their interpretation and impact outside of that context.

Initial review sessions were conducted privately and recorded for internal and legal purposes. Following internal discussion, and in response to inquiries regarding ICW’s handling of these matters, the Board has voted to make these sessions available for public viewing.

Rather than convening the full Board, each review was conducted by a designated subcommittee consisting of three members:

  • Todderick Davenport Jr., primary investor

  • Marion Holt, representing Blackridge Industrial Holdings

  • Lawrence Pike, representing Southeastern Student-Athlete Council

The following Board members were not present for these sessions:
K. Hyatt, G. Dobrenski, U. [surname withheld], and A. Bishop.

ICW promoter and Head of Creative Eric Dane Sr. was permitted to speak on behalf of contracted talent during these proceedings.

Additionally, Cito Conarri, acting in his capacity as Head of Standards and Oversight, participated as a liaison between the Board and ICW’s in-ring and public-facing operations.

These sessions will be presented in full, without edit or commentary. The first two have been released.
